Evaluation from the Sweet Basil
We were asked to an Italian language restaurant, by some good friends to celebrate a friend's birthday. The Fairly sweet Basil is located in the more high end part of city. So my own expectations had been high. Of course we had 3 criteria's in order to meet, although probably normal for many people. First food choices – quality and quantity (I have a major appetite). Second would be service – how fast we have a desk, how very well the man tends to the needs. Third would be the total cost every couple could not exceed $40 per couple. Very few expectations were met, let alone surpassed. Considering The Fairly sweet Basil is intending to costs itself like a high end cafe.
The first criteria is food, the reason of venturing out in the first place is usually to have great food, and good portion sizes. The menu was full of German varieties, even though short in descriptions. As well the menu was very difficult to read in the dimly mild dining region. We had to request a better description from the man as well as portion sizes, help to make a selection. Obviously the waitress was incredibly professional and extremely helpful with this part.
This brings us for the second criteria. Service staff- The Person hosting and the waitress were professional, personable and very nice. Even so our get together had reserved a table for six on a Comes to an end at six: 30 l. m., and still waited 30 minutes before i was seated. The Hostess apologized for the toruble; lead us to on over crowed dining room. Wherever I could notice the dialogue at the following table, greater than I could by our own stand. We waited several mins until the waitress could take the order just for drinks. I was only presented a wine beverages menu, nothing at all about beers, or tea. The waitress was beneficial with all of us when it came to the menu. However we had to inquire several times pertaining to refills for our beverages, and she only...
